Routermall Warranty/Return Information
All our gear is cleaned, tested by manufacturer certified technicians,
and covered by our no-hassle 1-year warranty for end users. We offer dealers a standard 120-day warranty with an extended one year warranty available any time within the first 30 days of purchase. Extended warranty prices vary but are typically about 10 percent of the price of the equipment to go under warranty. If you discover a problem
within the warranty period, please contact us immediately and we will
take care of you right away. If a replacement is in stock, we will ship
it out immediately. If we do not have a replacement available we will give
you the choice: we can try to find you a replacement as fast as
possible or we can give you a refund. Either way, we want
your experience to be hassle free. If you decide to receive a refund, we
will schedule the pickup of the equipment at your location so you don't have
to go to a shipper to return it. Even if you have a problem long after
the warranty expires, contact us and we will give you a discount off the advertised
price on any replacements or upgrades.
