RMA Request Form
All RMA's must be initiated by completion of this RMA Request form. Item(s) must be returned within 10 business days. Once the form is completed, our returns department will assign an RMA number for the return and email you with instructions on how to complete the return. This email will be sent to the email address associated with the original order. Please note: Items returned for credit may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

And don't forget to contact us with your extra cisco inventory, overstock, and used network equipment. Particularly, any available used Cisco routers, switches, any used Juniper, used Extreme, used Foundry, used Adtran, used Paradyne or other network hardware equipment. We are always buying routers and switches and look forward to any bid opportunities, large or small.
