Routermall to Offer Cisco Router Configuration Assistance

Starting Monday, June 22, 2009, Routermall will introduce a new program designed to assist customers with post-sales configuration and support. Any time you buy a Cisco router valued at $500 or more, you will be entitled to free configuration assistance from our in-house CCIE. We normally charge $150/hr with a 1 hour minimum but for a limited time, you will receive 15 minutes free with your qualifying router purchase. After that, you will be able to purchase more assistance in 15 minute increments for $40. If you go over an hour, you'll be billed at the discounted hourly rate of $150. Free Configuration assistance must be used within 2 weeks of purchase. If this test phase is successful, we'll begin offering configuration assistance, tech support and trouble shooting at the same billable rate for customers whose hardware was NOT purchased at Routermall.
